His background combines executive-level insight with hands-on experience across all the services Pintail offers. Alex is known for his strong communication skills, collaborative leadership style, and ability to align business strategy with day-to-day operations. His focus on team development and customer satisfaction continues to drive sustainable growth and long-term success for the company.

Brad is a Co-founder of Pintail and a driving force behind the company’s commitment to quality and service. With a background in property maintenance and hands-on fieldwork, he brings practical expertise in equipment operation, site management, and problem-solving. Brad oversees the company’s fleet, tools, and facilities, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Known for his attention to detail and leadership, he remains actively involved in daily operations. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time in nature—reflecting the same patience and persistence he brings to the business.

Vice President of Construction​

Joe joined the Pintail Team in 2024 as a founder of Pintail Construction. In Joe’s previous roles, he has built a strong foundation in all aspects of residential and commercial construction. He gained extensive experience managing contractors, project schedules, quality control, interpreting complex building plans, and coordinating efficient and cost-effective repairs. Joe is skilled in using CAD software to create practical, budget-friendly designs for clients. He is also well versed in developing scopes of work, preparing permit drawings, and solving structural and exterior issues with confidence and precision.

GRAYLON KITCHENS

Construction Operations Manager

Graylon Kitchens is a seasoned Construction Project Manager and Site Supervisor with a proven track record in high-end residential builds, large-scale renovations, and specialty projects. He has overseen all phases of construction—from contractor coordination and scheduling to quality control and client satisfaction. A member of the Emerald Society, Graylon is recognized for excellence in production, budgeting, and safety. In addition to his leadership roles, he operated his own construction business, managing everything from field operations and estimating to sales, billing, and client relations, gaining extensive experience across both residential and commercial sectors.

JOSEPH AGER

Fencing & Hardscaping Operations Manager​

Joe is the Operations Manager for Pintail’s Fencing Division, overseeing all aspects of operations from planning to completion. As an original team member, he started in the field and grew into a key leader known for his integrity, mentorship, and cross-industry management experience. Joe leads crews and projects while handling purchasing, material requisition, and inventory control to keep the division running smoothly. His mix of hands-on expertise and leadership continues to drive Pintail’s success. Outside of work, he enjoys the beach, staying active, and spending time with his family.

Business Development

As our Business Development Representative, Braden brings a strong work ethic, practical experience, and a customer-focused approach to the Pintail team. Growing up on a chicken farm and later working in the auto glass industry, he built a reputation for precision, dependability, and timeliness—qualities that continue to define his work today. Braden now oversees lead intake, estimating, and client communication with a positive, down-to-earth attitude. Outside the office, he enjoys boating, fishing, and still takes on custom glass projects to stay connected to his roots.

DREW LEIGHTON

Support Team Operations Manager, Head of Fabrication

As Operations Manager for the Support Team across all Pintail companies, Drew Leighton ensures daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. He oversees logistics, fleet management, and quality control, supporting crews and project managers with precision. Drew also leads all fabrication efforts, from welding to custom vinyl production, and is a go-to expert for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. His hands-on approach and attention to detail keep tools, vehicles, and materials ready for any job. Outside of work, Drew enjoys boating, golfing, and spending time with his family, bringing the same dedication to both his personal and professional life.
