GENERAL LABORER

Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and dependable General Laborers to support our landscaping, fencing, and construction crews. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with site preparation, clean-up, and material staging
- Dig holes and trenches, load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
- Install fencing components including posts, panels, and gates
- Perform basic landscaping tasks such as mulching, planting, grading, sod installation, and edging
- Support construction activities including framing, decking, concrete work, and demolition
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and correctly
- Follow directions from crew leads and supervisors to complete daily tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Operate small equipment such as wheelbarrows, tampers, or skid steers (if trained)
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required, but construction, fencing, or landscaping experience is a plus
- Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and work on your feet for extended periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Must be able to follow verbal instructions and work well in a team
Preferred:
- Experience with basic hand tools and power tools
- Familiarity with skid steers, compactors, augers, or trailers
- Valid driver’s license or CDL (a plus)

- Dig post holes and set fence posts using concrete or other methods
- Cut, assemble, and secure fencing panels and hardware
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer specifications
- Perform fence repairs, gate installations, and maintenance work
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery safely and effectively
- Load/unload materials and maintain job site cleanliness
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients
Qualifications:
- Previous fencing or construction experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physical strength and stamina; ability to lift 80+ lbs and perform manual labor
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred:
- Experience with skid steers, augers, and compactors
- CDL or ability to tow trailers (a plus)
- Knowledge of zoning and fence code regulations (a plus)
CARPENTER
Job Summary:

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical plans
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, drywall, and other materials
- Frame walls, install windows, doors, stairs, and flooring
- Construct and install cabinets, trim, and other finish carpentry items
- Perform siding, decking, and porch construction as needed
- Repair or replace damaged framework or structures
- Collaborate with other trades and team members to meet project deadlines
- Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with building codes and company standards
- Maintain tools and equipment and keep work areas clean and organized
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a residential carpenter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of residential building techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to use power tools, hand tools, and measuring devices
- Physical strength and stamina; ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred:
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, preparing estimates, and building strong relationships with both residential and commercial clients. A passion for customer service, a good understanding of construction practices, and strong communication skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound leads and generate new business through outbound efforts
- Conduct site visits to assess project scope and customer needs
- Provide detailed and accurate estimates for fencing, landscaping, and construction projects
- Educate customers on available materials, styles, and services
- Prepare and present proposals in a professional manner
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers from initial contact through project completion
- Coordinate with operations and field teams to ensure smooth project handoff and execution
- Follow up on open quotes and track leads in CRM software
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

Qualifications:
