Pintail Property Services was founded on a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality. The company traces its roots to the early days of co-founders Alex and Brad, who began offering landscaping services to local clients well before the Pintail brand was formally established. While Alex focused on developing business strategy through academic and professional training, Brad gained extensive field experience and operational expertise.

In 2019, Pintail Property Services was officially formed. As the company grew, it expanded beyond landscaping to include fencing and hardscaping services, enhancing both its capabilities and the value offered to clients. Continued growth led to the acquisition of a larger operational facility and the ability to serve a broader geographic area.

In 2023, Pintail took a significant step forward through a strategic partnership with Joe Santos, resulting in the launch of a sister company, Pintail Construction. This branch specializes in both interior and exterior construction, allowing Pintail to provide comprehensive property improvement solutions under a unified vision.

Today, the Pintail brand represents a cohesive team of skilled tradesmen dedicated to delivering high-quality workmanship, responsive service, and long-term value.
